(B) Payment Terms
All goods are paid for at the point of order, all payments are 100% proforma
The goods remain the property of LMH until full payment is made.
(C) Delivery
All deliveries will be made by courier service within 5 days to 3 weeks of order unless stated otherwise.
If you are not able to take the delivery the courier will leave a calling card and try to deliver the goods for the next 2 days. If you are not able to take the delivery please inform LMH asap via info@light-my-house.co.uk
If LMH cannot make a delivery we will charge a £7.50 £ 15.00 redelivery charge
If the goods delivered are damaged Please inform LMH within 24 hours info@light-my-house.co.uk
As we cannot refund or replace damaged goods after 24 hours.
LMH will not be held responsible for costs incurred form the late / incorrect delivery of goods to you the client.
(D) Returns and cancellation Policy
LMH offer a 7 day return policy, if the goods you have ordered do not meet with your satisfaction you can return the goods Via Royal mail recorded / Professional courier companies such as ( UPS DHL Initial City link ) Please ensure that the goods are packaged well as any damage to goods in transit will not be eligible for a refund and will Invalidate the Guarantee / Warranty. Please note that the cost for returning the goods will not be refunded and stays the liability of you the customer.

Please note that a 25% re stocking fee is applied to all returned goods.
All refunds are processed on the last day of the month that the purchase was made.
Please note that you have 24 hours to cancel all orders, if you do not cancel orders within 24 hours you will be liable for 25% re stocking fee.
(E) Guarantee / Warranty
All light my house goods come with a supplier / manufacturer guarantee / warranty of 12 months of use.
This guarantee / warranty dose not affect your statutory rights.
The guarantee / warranty will be invalidated if the goods are used in unsuitable environments or the goods are exposed to. The guarantee / warranty does not apply to general day to day wear and tear.
Please follow instructions as the incorrect installation of all goods will invalidate your guarantee / warranty.
If the goods supplied By LMH develop a fault please info LMH within 7 days, once you have returned the faulty fitting LMH will carry out an inspection of the fitting if the goods are faulty LMH will then send you a replacement for the goods Light my house .co.uk will not carry out any removal or refitting of products this remains the responsibility of the customer.
You must ensure that all goods are fitted by a qualified / competent installer / electrician and that all electrical regulation are adhered to.
(F) Data protection
All precautions will be made to keep payment and personal details secure.
