  • Carriage free orders only apply to mainland UK, Extra charges apply to areas outside of mainland UK.
  • For deliveries to Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Europe and Worldwide (incl. USA), please contact Light-My-House.co.uk for further information before placing your order.
  • Products will be dispatched within 5 - 7 working days unless stated. Maximum delivery time is 6 weeks for some lighting products.
  • All next working day mainland UK orders under £120 (Inc VAT) a charge of £15.00 (Inc VAT) applies.
  • All next working day mainland UK orders over £120 (Inc VAT) will be delivered carriage FREE.
  • All Saturday mainland UK deliveries are subject to a £50 (Inc VAT) carriage surcharge.
  • All damages must be reported within 24 hours via email sales@ight-my-house.co.uk .
  • Deliveries are normally made between the hours of 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
  • Somebody will need to sign for your delivery unless you specify special delivery instructions in advance.
